Well basically I entered a teen bodybuilding contest in my town and there were about 200 people there. While I was flexing I just randomly got a boner and having such tight shorts on it was easily visible and everyone in the auditorium started laughing including some kids I know from school? What can I do to get rid of the embarassment?

What can I do to get rid of the embarassment?

I've been bodybuilding for about two years and my arms have always grown slowly compared to my chest and back. I my arms are not getting bigger now and i don't know how to break my current plateau. I have done chin-ups, barbell curls, ez curls, preacher curls, cable curls for biceps and skull crushes, dips, and cable push downs for triceps. I was thinking of trying pyramid training next, any other ideas on how to break my current plateau? Thanks!

I want to find some awesome cartoonish drawings of bodybuilding, anything extreme, i found some BUT they only come on shirts which i do not want. I want some EXTREME pictures, because i have a ART class so i need to draw something that inspires me which is bodybuilding, so if you can find any sketches of any bodybuilding please give me a specific website...........THANKS
