Submitted by Fitness Expert on Sat, 2009-05-16 20:07Hi, firstly, I'm 18 years old just incase it's relevant. I'm looking for some nutrition advice. Bascially, I was quite overweight and ate loads of junk food and it was making me feel absolutely rotten inside. But for 5 weeks, I have been eating properly. 3 meals a day, making sure I get 5 portians of fruit and veg and also drinking water non stop. I am also exercising three times a week. I have lost over half a stone and look and feel a lot better, but is there anything else I can do to improve my fitness and my eating?
