What are the best excercises to flatten a tummy i have an unaligned pelvis and experience pain?
Submitted by Fitness Expert on Wed, 2009-04-22 21:08Since the pregnancy of my 16 month old daughter I cannot lay straight on my back without excruciating pain going up the back of my legs. The physio told me it was my pelvis out of alignment i have tried desperately to flatten my tummy and crunches are just too painful with this pain. If anyone has any other excercises i could do from home i would greatly appreciate it

What are the best excercises to do to lose a lot of weight in a month?
Submitted by Fitness Expert on Mon, 2009-04-20 20:35I moved from Florida to Georgia about a year and a half ago and a lot of things happened and I stopped being as active as I used to be. Now I'm moving back and I want to get back into the shape I used to be. Obviously the only way to lose a LOT of weight in a short amount of time is plastic surgery and that's not happening, I just want to get toned and fit again a little before I go back. What would be the best excercises to do to get that way quickest?

Submitted by Fitness Expert on Sun, 2009-04-19 21:11I am 15 years old... turning 16 in october. I am about 5ft 3 and weigh 49kg. I want to lose abit of fat, especially of my stomach and thigh area. I go to the gym but it hasn't really made much difference. When I go gym I usually jog for 20-30 mins, do some stomach work outs on a ball and do about 15 mins of stepping or something. I eat healthy aswell, I think the problem might be that I eat too much healthy things like fruit? Any suggestions?
